Meh, it's not the worst one I've read, but there's really nothing special or interesting about it.
It might as well say, "It's the Able SPC, except a witch"
Also, I wouldn't use the term "god like" to describe something in an official document.
There are quite a few uncomfortable word strings in there. Try to be more concise. You also flick between 'her' and 'it' which is quite jarring.
