I grew up in Roswell, GA. I would venture a guess, and I may be biased, that is the second most haunted city in Georgia. Second to Savannah of course.
Nearly all of the supposed haunts stem from events of the civil war, specifically Union occupation.
They do have ghost walks and I went once in a cool fall night. Great atmosphere. Cool stories about the cities history even if you're fairly skeptical like me. Didn't see anything but apparently a lot of people have. Off of the top of my head:
>original Presbyterian church is haunted, was Union hospital, still had blood stains in the wild
>haunted mill ruins along river, mill workers (nearly all female) were beaten and a few even murdered by Union troops
