I got that torrent about 2 years ago and listened to every single fucking episode at work, over a 1.5 year period. It was pretty great.
The best thing about Art Bell, in my opinion, is when he has a guest on that he obviously thinks is full of shit, you can hear the doubt and laughter in his voice but he has to humour them, it's awesome.

Yeah possibly. More likely he was in what's known as a 'graveyard spiral'. This is where your inner ear tricks you into thinking you're flying level when you're really banking and descending. It's especially bad when you can't see the horizon (he was flying at night over the ocean). The worst part is the guy was a UFO enthusiast so he was probably too busy looking at the lights (either planets/his own planes lights reflecting off the water) to look at his instruments (which would have told him he was in trouble).

I mentioned this in another thread that 404'd but on Darkness Radio last Friday they had two BFRO investigators sharing stories of Bigfoot either stalking or attacking people. Two of the stories seem to corroborate each other and were creepy as shit:
1) A hunter killed a Bigfoot but basically said the Bigfoot did not stop charging his stand until it's brains were coming out of the back of his head
2) An Indian being harassed by one on a reservation was told by council elders that if he were confronted by one, the only kill shot was to the eye. Their torso/chest plate were so thick it didn't seem to phase them.
If both are true, that's the truly scary part. My 5.56 wouldn't do shit unless it was a well placed shot. Granted, I would attempt for a center mass shot or two first but, if both stories are true, it'd be a waste.
