Last night, I completed my first Lesser Banishing Ritual of the Pentagram. All day today, I've been having this weird, electric feeling course in my body, and the feeling that I'm not alone. Have I opened myself up to entities around me? Is there a way to reach out to them, and is there a way to protect myself? Maybe charge a pendant to wear? I will continue the banishing ritual, but I would really like to make communication with whatever is trying to spark some form of communication.

Possibly, but it's more likely that you expected the ritual to have some effect and your mind is providing the evidence.
