Sail Rock is the top of a submerged volcano about 35 km southwest of Deception Island. It is EXACTLY where the YT vid scrolls to on Google Earth.

Here's my 9000+ hours in MSPaint to show what I think is happening. Waves come and collide with the rock formation, create a big splash, and ripples extend out.
If that Google Earth pic is of Sail Rock, and we take the distances mentioned in the vid, then those ripples are extending out about 100-200 yards. That is easily acceptable in my mind.
