I had something vaguely similar occur in the sense that it is a sound of unknown origin.
I was laying in bed, and I randomly hear a sneezing sound coming from my dresser, where no sound would be playing from (No Audio equipment is in that area). Dunno what it wasm but, I mentioned it in a group chat, and one guy jokingly said it was the girl I was interested in.
