so ive been waking up in sleep paralysis alot lately. why is this and what can i do

Change the way you sleep, usually it only happens to me when I'm on my back. Sometimes I move in my sleep and wake up on my back, most memorable dreams happen to me like that, but SP only happens to me when I'm on my back.
Teach yourself how to break out of it, if you can become lucid during it, it's very easy to break. Wiggle your fingers/toes and keep struggling to move until you break the dreamstate and wake up.
