I feel like my mind has been hijacked. My thoughts aren't my own anymore. I'm not sure when but this woman has entered my head, she tells me what to do and if I don't do what she says then she'll fill my head with bad thoughts. OP, I'm so glad I stumbled upon this thread, I've been living with this for the past 12 years and I've never seen a doctor, mines not sex crazed, I get images of my family committing suicide, but the same similar idea, do not give in to the demands because it never stops, no matter what you do, but you can learn to live with it, I live with mindfulness now, you need to focus on emptying your mind and being conscious every moment of your day, listen to your own breathing, watch your hands as you do things, then you only have to battle your demons before you go to sleep every night which is the hardest part, just before I sleep, she screams in my ear but she can't hurt you

maybe you do have some destructive urges like that - if you do, and you try to repress it and act like it isn't "really you" then it probably "gives her more power" or makes it more likely those feelings of aggression will come at you as if from an outside force.
