Remey Crypt is an underground crypt built by an eccentric nutjob to bury all his family in. It's in the suburbs of Washington, DC and not many people know about it. Dumping pics.

It's VERY hard to get into, but people have gotten in there to take photos. Mostly back in the 1970s, and then I think they really sealed it up better.

It's very big. Not all of it has been explored. Yes it's all underground and I think the only way in was through an air shaft or something.

It's actually quite sad that this guy spent his fortune on building this for his family and it was destroyed during his lifetime by vandals and he never was buried there.

That's all. Pictures are from here, which also has lots of first-hand stories and history: http://www.fairfaxunderground.com/forum/read/2/281023/page-1.html

Monkeytown? It's rural Virginia. Just a bunch of country kids.

Also, it's near Bunnyman Bridge (pic related), the inspiration for Donnie Darko.

Probably getting someone who knows the sewer system would work. Some sledge hammers and probably gas masks. With american goverment its probably harder than getting in the catacombs
