Could it be possible that we are in a never ending cycle of different hells and that each time we die we enter a worse and more chaotic version of the past hell without having recollection of the previous one?
How do you know for certain that this isn't what heaven is. Every death we gain more harmony out of chaos?

We don't know. We could keep being reincarnated and our memories 'wiped' as we die and are reborn. Occasionally not fully erased which explains déjà vu feelings.
