The dreams themselves don't involve smoking or drinking
The dream i had last night was me sitting down looking at my phone going through my old text messages and contacts
I wanted to make a call to someone but there were loud whispers repeating "don't call her, don't call her" etc
It got so loud it woke me around 4am, my entire body was in shock i felt something go through my bones & i got up to go toilet... bearly could walk str8
Anon, I smoke myself and due to my work I have periods where I don't smoke for a couple of days at a time.
During those periods I have intense dreams, to the level that I wish dreams would just fuck off and stop making me wake up. It sucks waking up every few hours and never having solid rest.
As soon as I start smoking again that night I'll sleep like a baby.
It's just withdrawal buddy, tobacco more than anything. I think after a week or so your dreams will settle down.

He didn't say he's having better sleep, nor did he complain about recalling dreams.
Take your ego and leave.

Yes, it's probably related. Your body is going through withdrawals and you will likely experience a range of effects because of withdrawals and as well as increased health. Keep it up, OP. Don't let a few things (uncomfortable or not) keep you from being healthier.
