Ok so I was in my room trying to de-stress after getting rejected and I saw that outside my window and I figured it was just my schizophrenia until it started getting closer and I could strangely feel it. So I ran outside and there it was 10 feet away I stared at it for about 30 minutes. I starting running but it was behind me at every moment. I ended up breaking down and laying down and crying on the ground. Its been so stressful that I can't speak at all
