So I was taking a shower when I thought "hey, let me do that one breathing technique that make my head feels dizzy", the second time I exhale I literally fell on the ground and various images started popping in my head (including one of an Asian woman on a news channel, that's the only one I actually remember), but it was pretty vivid, as if I was dreaming. Did I just activated my pineal gland?
