There is a psychology test in which kids are asked to draw human figures. It might be themselves, and or their family.
A lot of things, even tiny details, are interpreted - but always taking into consideration the life context of the examinee.
I can tell you that drawing those types of fuzzy lines is typically interpreted as a bad thing, and the same can be said for the fucked up facial features that you see.
...However, only a professional may be able to tell what is going on. I only have passing knowledge because my mother is a psychologist and because I almost studied psychology.
Chances are that something is wrong, but anyone that gives you any more detail than that is just full of shit.

Looks like an idea for a comic or a short spook show. Kinda like the skeleton looking dude would be a host like "are you afraid of the dark" or "tales from the other side"
Interesting idea though if I'm seeing it right. Guy rides his horse out to his farm in the middle of nowhere to transform safely, but to his dismay a hiker climbs out from the woods just as his transformation begins and etc. Encourage his creativity, might have a little rl Stine on your hands
