falling asleep involuntary
your brain has to rest one way or another
Spooky
You'll start experiencing racing thoughts soon. Hallucinations started for me around the 72 hour mark.

This. Lots of unnoticed microsleep.
I get a rapid heart beat and it gets difficult to breathe (might be just bc I'm aesthmatic but whatever) and I start to hallucinate and get very paranoid
Mostly the hallucinations are of shadow people. I swear they watch me and disappear when I focus on them.

Already seeing small halucinations, Like images moving that arent even .gif
I only got about 2 hours of restless sleep last night, i wonder how long i could go just sleeping 2 hours a night?

My longest run was about 5 days. Just like the machinist, I would work, come home, clean, barely eat, go back to work.
Around day 3 I would start to see shadow people out the corner of my eye. Lights would really start to mess with me, like right now at twilight the brightness of the sun seems more intense than daylight. Idk how else to explain it.
Day 4 I would start hearing things. Noises, banging, screaming, sometimes whole conversations. Music helped a lot with that.
Day 5 I couldn't interact with anyone. Totally lost my grip on what was real and what wasn't, Could have whole conversations with people, wouldn't remember a thing. Waking dreams became really prevalent as well. It was a total nightmare. Eventually I would just fall asleep wherever I was, be it toilet, car, standing against a wall.
It was fucked. -1/10 not trying to do it again.
My Rekord is 4days... Hallociantions at work fucked me up.boos sends me home.18h off sleeping, wife woke me up asking. Are you dead. No drugs just koffee

I don't think i have ever been longer than 48 hours myself, I have heard about the shadow people though.
Could be they are actually real and you can only see them when you don't sleep...

Could they be they are hallucinations because you are fucking sleep-deprived?
>>17757672
Without a doubt, I'm sure they're in another dimension. Just like with certain drug use or fasting, not sleeping lets you peek into those other dimensions.
That's my opinion anyway. I've seen them every which way. I've heard conversations take place in the woods while I'm walking alone. It's spooped but I just don't think about it until after the fact.

It's possible, We really don't understand what exactly conciousness is anyway, We could all just be dreaming and the shadow people are just waiting for us to wake up.
