Well I tried on paper like this a long time ago and it worked, but in contrary to this picture I didn't use hands to be sure it's not my body warmness or some sort of outer field from my hand. Moreover I checked the place factors to be sure it's me.
I realize it really worked when the paper became to make irregular fast movements like vibrations and spinning. Good stuff but very tiring.
