yeah they're in Liverpool too. Smithdown Road if anyone's interested. Should take a picture. Kind of silly paying for billboards with additional links or info on them. Kind of don't make any sense without it.

and additionally, it is strange and probably x worthy even if it's obvious what they're going on about. I thought it had something to do with ALL CAPS and sovereignty etc and there's a lot of mileage in that argument, but given how EXPENSIVE it is to put billboards up all over the country the content about what they are when you google it is piss poor. Odd.

it isnt anything spooky or anything that intrigue /x/ at all. i know this crazy guy who used to spray paint "loose the name" (yes loose not lose lollll) & used to talk about the 'legal name fraud'. his explanation of it was that the name on your birth certificate isnt actually ur name n the government ownes it & it cant be used. yeah retarded bullshit. this is a same guy that told me an egyptian goddess appeared to him in his bedroom n a demon flew him to the moon n back. yes seriously. he called tony

i feel these people are weak minded too busy trying to run from the problem.
anyone using this defence should be held in contemp of the court, charged with wasting officals time and tax payers money, along with obstructing the course of justics. Anyone who still refuses to accept the power of the crown should be put to the press. (in ye days of old, anyone who refused to accept the crown would be layed on the ground with a board place ontop of him where they would put more and more weight on him until: 1. accepts the rule of governacy, 2. dies. this was called being put to the press)
>>
>>17744972

This is that bollocks about how we're all 'free men on the land' and legislation doesn't apply to us, providing we don't use the names put on our birth certificates (which they say makes us a legal entity instead of a person, who cannot be part of a legal contract).

The whole thing is just bollocks, born from ignorance of the government. They've basically taken the fact that yes, we are all slaves, and then tried to find a way to opt out. There is no opting out.
>>
>>17752923
there are 2 things in life, tax and death.
i spoke to someone about this who was a "freeman" and asked him what he would do given the rescources... turns out he would construct a goverment and legal system. those people are so dumb
>>
>>17752944
oh wait, it started as barbarisim, then i asked what stops someone killing you and taking your stuff, so then it turned to tribalism. how will we decide who gets what land? fighting? so then it was a monarchy, but is a monarchy mean we arnt all equaly. so then it was elect offical. but wait isn't that a governacy???

>>
>>17753071
>http://legalnamefraud.net/birth-certificate-clausula-rebus-sic-stantibus/
a birth certificate is a document created by the state, since they created it they own the rights to it ergo they own your name.
since its not your property, to use your name would be to commit fraud.
all laws are applied to this name are nulll and void because it has been applied to the name (which isn't your property) instead of the person.
by going along with this legal name ploy you are commiting a sin, and in court you are lieing when you acknolage your self as the name in qustion.
it just looks like a way to denie resposablity for actions a person may deem as a normal response to a situation. + a way to live without sin
>>
>>17753108
anyone practing law is doing so unlawfully (but legally) by responding to your Bcert name you are also being unlawfully those restoring balance.
>>
>>17753143
looks like they convincing the judge that by passing sentance on someone they are breaking the law. becuase they imposing there will on someone else, and by know this and acknologing this passing sentance will dishonour the judge
>>
>>17753108
Not trying to be an asshole since this argument sounds like it would be enjoyable to say to people k?
So - couldn't it be argued that a birth certificate is the state acting as a notary to register the intellectual and genetic engineering of the parent(s) of said child, with said rights reverting to said child once the age of majority is reached?
>>
>>17753180
something about stock and shares being tide, like your NI & tax payments. meaning your name has a monatry value (something we were'nt made aware of when the docement was forged which is another bit unlawful law they go on about)

said rights you are refering to would be the agreement to abide by the rule of law.
which is what you didnt agree to when the Bcert was made (you were classed as a 3rd party interloper).
>>
as far as i care, its like being babtised as a baby. you can always renounse your faith. so why dont they just renounce there citzenship

Yes it is, depending on how much fun the staff likes to have. My old job dealt with a lot of chemicals, and some of the warnings were comical yet true. I guess the idea is that if somebody wants to jump into toxic waste or chemicals, then a sign will do very little to stop them.
