Sorry to disappoint, but I really have no info or insight to offer. It happens to me a lot, especially when I'm high, but also sometimes when I'm sober. It's almost never 11:11, it's usually 12:34, 15:15, 20:02, 10:11, stuff like that. I used to work as a cashier, every other customer's total would be like 45,46 haha. But I have no idea what it means.

I've read somewhere in my occult studies, if the number 11:11 becomes prevalent to you, that it's a sign of ascension into basically a higher spiritual path in your life or something of the sort. It's a divine number pair I believe

Psychological. You all have become hyper aware of something in which you have attributed a sense of importance to. Therefore it grabs your attention as opposed to other mundane things, numbers in thus scenario.
Example would be the number 666 and it's common familiarity. Or the same heightened awareness of the number to the ultra religious.

No, it doesn't always work like that. I've had moments that removed doubts towards just labeling it a psychological trick. One instance in particular was when I started thinking about the 111 synchronicity and then a minute later a guy walks up with a hoodie that has 111 on it. It's not always just noticing the time is 11:11.

If you ever experience it for yourself you'll understand. It happens almost every-time you think about it or ask a insightful question. I'm not just sitting there hoping for it to appear and the when it does I freak out. It happens in a very strange, coincidental way. I don't know how to describe what mechanism it's coming from but it defiantly doesn't seem like a psychological illusion.

11:11 or 1:11 are things ive been seeing for about 7 years now. Its really strange. Its everywhere for me. Sometimes 3 times a day
It used to be 4:21 until I realised it's me that's putting together the pattern through confirmation bias and not some universal power nudging me to look at my clock at a certain time.

I think 11 has to do with thoughts manifesting themselves. So basically when I see 11 I'm reminded that I should keep positive so that the manifested thoughts can be positive ones. Sucks when I'm on a negative thought loop and then I look at the clock and see it's 11:11 but hey. I'm getting better.

Not by 11, but another number.
My numbers have always been 222 and the number 66.
222 has always been a number I'd catch at weird times in my life. I've given all sorts of mock reasonings behind it. But mostly I think it means that I need to be aware, or pay more attention to what's going on when this happens. Or perhaps even that it's an ill omen.
6 has always felt like a representative number, or something to do with myself. Or an inner representation of self, manifestation, etc.
These are just my own conclusions, but if anybody else knows any significance in numerology, it'd be certainly interesting to know.
