anyone here heard of the so called "light-net?" the basic idea is simple. the "light-net" would be any website that hosts any criminal activity in plan sight. basically hiding out in the open. there is a theory that so called "red-rooms" would be located on the surface web or "light-web" because of the nature of tor and onion sites, you can not really stream live video.

Indeed, deep web is websites that are not on search engines thats all and you can have your sites indexed if you want, i have a few websites that are not indexed but they are just my web proxies i set up for me does not make them bad in anyway, deep web is not at all scary or bad.
