I thought about it when I was riding the subway and saw an ad that had very weird looking people. They were weird because you just dont see 'average' people like how they were depicted in it. Yes I know they go for a specific look for these things but still, I'm curious to know if anyone has knowledge of this.

Reptiles don't exist. They are an archetype created by the TV miniseries "V for Victory", and propagated by New Age people who claim "bad aliens" come from the constellation of "Draco". While Draco is a constellation, there is no reason to expect that aliens from that constellation would look Draconid, or Reptilian, in biological features. It's stupid.
Could aliens be posing as human beings? Sure they could, especially if we're both warm-blooded mammalian species. It doesn't mean they are bad, and the might even be here to help.
