Hey /x/ how do you meditate? I was astral projecting and I heard a demonic voice while the only thing that I could see was myself. I was told that I encountered something dangerous and to meditate first before getting into astral projecting. Any thoughts on how to meditate?

Basically you clear your mind and focus on nothing at all.
Or if you want to meditate on something clear your mind but focus on that object. Keep in mind that you have to have your head fully clear, no little voices or 'man I'm hungry.' Good luck
