it's a 7x7 grid of small cleared patches of land and what look like several mounts in a semi-circle springing out of the cleared area.
zooming out, there's water-efficient farms and "airports" in the area.
it's only a short distance off a well paved road, and looks like there's been no attempt to "hide" it from said road.
its either a fuel dump or radar array for the airports, or a magazine for fertilizers and pesticides or other farm chemicals.

Generally speaking, I don't spend a lot of time looking at airports from above. When I do take a flight, commercial jet aircraft are not known for rear visibility.
