The last three digits you get determine which SCP you have to face.
If you roll once and survive, you roll again. If you survive again, you roll a third time. If you survive the third time, then you´ll be taken back to your cell to your scheduled execution at the end of the month. Maybe if you are lucky you can use a SCP and escape.
