I don't want to sound like a shitter but my friends and I just finished using a spirit board and I was wondering what I can do to cleanse myself now that it's over. The spirit didn't say anything malicious but it was consistent and said things like hell being real etc.

One of your friends was fucking with you. Ouija boards are not fucking real.
>>17720728
Ouija boards are just toys for stupid 15 year old girls. But if it really worries you just burn the board. Fire cleanses anything.
>>17720839
Don't burn the board.
>>17720728
Like they said its a fucking fake toy for kids/goths and drunken teens. Grow up and go jack off.

Be specific child. What EXACTLY did the board say, not something like, but exactly?

OMG NO if you burn the board then it will like leave the door open for the spirits!
lol oh hang on, it's just a well recognized psychological phenomenon and there are no spirits involved

>Grow up and go jack off.
Anon not really a good source of advice.
Reminder: Nothing triggers the fedora crowd more than Ouija board threads. They'll spend hours shitposting Ouija threads to death. Not sure why they can't ignore them, something about Ouija drives them into a frenzy.

Ouija threads are inherently shitposting.

Cute pic. :)

Suicide generally works for me. Life's been great ever since they implemented automatic respawn.

Well the Ouija board is a trademarked product of Hasbro so it's pretty much the epitome of the absurdity of /x/.....

"Fuld sued many companies over the "Ouija" name and concept right up until his death in 1927. In 1966, Fuld's estate sold the entire business to Parker Brothers, which was sold to Hasbro in 1991, and which continues to hold all trademarks and patents."
TL;DR: sorry fedora fatties you're still gonna have to go outside to make friends.

The moderators/admin are hard to reach thought and I still have trouble to migrate server. Honestly I hope the next Maj will fix that. Overall the experience is enjoyable but it would be cool if sometimes it was less hardcore.

The price of playing backported games I guess.
you're totally fine, spirit boards have been proven fraud over and over. If you're really uncomfortable and would like to do something just to reassure yourself, a sage smudge would probably help you. You can buy a bundle of sage at almost any health food store/online for super cheap. Its' smoke is supposed to help cleanse, calm, and protect spaces. Relax, you're fine.
If it's so goddamn fake, how come most people I've known directly who have talked about using the Ouija board in the past, have been spooked as fuck and never looked back, or at least reported weird shit?
I haven't ever heard a story of "well, we did the ouija thing and nothing interesting ever happened"
Or a story of "yeah, yesterday my three bros and I scared the shit out of the newcomer with the Ouija board, don't tell anybody but he pissed himself"
I have heard spooky stories, not-spooky weird stories, but no stories of utter failure of shit to happen OR stories of puling pranks on people with it.
I myself am not touching it with a pole.

Monopoly is a far scarier board game

It's a good cautionary tale
This shit's almost as bad as the "Charlie Charlie" game
