Bigfoot is a Brazilian MMA fighter currently working for the UFC. He has a very distinctive physical form caused by acromegaly stemming from pituitary adenomas.
He's a heavy hitter and surprisingly nimble in the ground game, but he has a small gas tank (he tires relatively quickly) and doesn't seem to have the finesse of someone like Verdum or the speed of Overeem.
His fights are fun to watch, but often get boring if they make it more than halfway through the second round. His fight with Overeem is a notable exception.
