I'm at a loss for words and so is a friend.
What is this?
The dots aren't morse code. What are the symbols on the bottom for?

It's a math problem / puzzle
It's not /x/
Please try >>>/sci/

Give us a chance we can do it.
You know that /x/ can into cipher.

Its not a cipher, its just a research puzzle. Those symbols on the bottom are apparently identifyable, as i was told I'd 'seen them before for sure' but hand drawn so you cant google them.
>>17711791
the symbols are the glyphs of unbinding
>>17711824
I have seen them too.
Damn, I can't remember, give me a second I'm trying to solve some sleep problem.
>>17711836
I dont have any recollection of ever seeing them honestly, the puzzlemaker just said he was certain that with what he knew about me, I had. But I havent any clue, and dont remember ever seeing anything like this.

The symbols on the bottom are similar to scripts like Enochian. Still searching for a better match.

Symbols on the bottom are part of the golden dawn cipher, at least most of them are. Just cracked it.

>Endangered in Our State
Doesn't sound like it's worth solving the rest
>>17711940
Whats the top though? I cant find anything that makes sense for it.
>>17711953
It isn't morse code unless the translator I used is wrong. That would probably be too simple.
wait guys, you're solving it all wrong.
it actually comes out to a phrase in latin!
cum creator fili annos duodecim habebat pater eius eum pedicabat.

How so?
