The OP's picture leads one close to the NM/TX border, where one "Dell City, TX" exists. However the ebin geometric pattern does not pop out at me. The whole thing is slightly misleading, confusing, and a possible ruse.
However, the purported New Mexico location and Nazca-like (much simpler) lines remind on of a legit location where Scientologists have stored copies of their writings in metal plates, in order to preserve their bullshit for the aeons.
As Egypt is to modern society (a meme with monuments and legs), so shall Scientologist cult nonsense aspire to be to the curious in another four thousand years, or so the hope would appear to be.
