I have been experiencing some strange happenings in my bedroom and I'm kind of a skeptic when it comes to these paranormal things. But most recently objects have been placed in my room, that are definitely not mine! Mostly jewellery and most recently which I found quite disturbing somebody's tooth. If anyone has had a similar experience or an explanation for this, feel free to comment.

Certain animals like to collect shiny objects to decorate their nests/lairs with or just plain hoard. Birds like crows and ravens, for example, but as I doubt you have any birds coming into your house unnoticed, I would say mice or rats. That's probably the best bet. Call an exterminator or lay some traps yourself.

I manifested astral worms recently, I didn't believe it at first but it was fucking real and disturbing, specialist I contacted who studies parasites said he couldn't tell if they were plants, animals or fibers, they were definitely alive- and they came out of thin air in front of my partner and my own eyes-if you have lucid dreams it could be a possibility you brought some stuff back from the astral plain.
another possibility that's more plausible is maybe a friend left them there, and maybe the tooth is from a pet or former housemate?

All your theories are making me nervous, but in all seriousness I only live with my partner and he is pretty freaked out, he works alot and I hate being alone especially in my room. we don't really have anybody come over so it's kinda unexplainable, we don't have pets or any infestations, so you can see why I'm concerned and think it could be paranormal..

You might not even know it. Mice are sneaky bastards, trust me. Set traps, non-lethal ones if you're the squeamish type. Apparently they really love ham and peanut butter, that's how I caught one sneaky bastard living in my last residence. You can also set up a video camera to try to catch anything else.

Sounds like a benevolent house spirit/brownie/etc, they appear in most cultures myths. Try leaving food outside your basement at night if you have one, or attic. Just never go looking for it.
I asked the estate agent about the previous owners, he was very sketchy and told me very little, basically the family were trying to sell the property because they inherited it and would split the profit.
