Because the kind of person that becomes a euphoric militant atheist is often rebelling against a Christian upbringing/society.
In my experience they tend to be western white kids, so Christianity is what they're most familiar with. They don't know enough about Judaism and Islam to make any coherent argument against them. Not to imply they do anything more then regurgitate anti-religious sentiments coined by other people. It just so happens that it's easy to find and memorize anti-Christian rhetoric.
