The deep web is boring as shit. The layout feels like the 90s in the worst way possible due to the fact that no "deep web" sites that are worth visiting ever run JS because muh security. Also I am pretty sure that 100% of so-called "hitman" services are run by the FBI. I tried to offer my "services" there when I was an edgy 21 year old and it did not go well.
