Is there some other feature that we can't see in the photo other one single light? I occsionally see these around my house, but those are just passing by planes.

This was a good excuse ten years ago, before high-quality cameras weren't a normal feature even for cheap phones.

You're an idiot. High quality and phone camera are still mutually exclusive, especially in a low light situation. Mega-pixels do not equate to a perfect machine capable of clarity in any situation. A high end camera see professional grade does not equate to the 'hd' camera in a phone. It's pretty much snake-oil in most cases.
That said, even in poor quality this hardly justifies a sighting.
