Despite everyone saying not to try and communicate with it I would suggest doing so. There was a few years in my life where some paranormal activity had been occurring. Eventually I got sick of it since I was to scared to even sleep in my house. So, I was home alone one day and basically talked out loud to try and get whatever it was to fuck off. After I had finished talking i heard a voice say "oh" and ever since then nothing has happened. 10/10 would recommend.
