In this thread, let us post those cases that show the greatest chance of having actually involved contact with a legitimately paranormal/supernatural entity or force, and compelling reasons for this.
The Cash-Landrum Case:
>the three witnesses developed similar symptoms indicative of damage from ionizing radiation and from potentially "infrared or ultraviolet components", as documented by the medical staff that attended the victims; and although others contested the idea that the victims were exposed to radiation (with some suggesting a chemical aerosol), no one ever contested the actual existence of a number of odd but very visible symptoms in the witnesses of the UFO (skin sores, hair loss, weakness, blistering, diarrhea, etc.)
>the three witnesses said the heat emanating from the UFO was strong enough to make the car's metal body painful to the touch - when [Landrum] touched the car's dashboard, Landrum's hand pressed into the softened vinyl, leaving an imprint that was evident weeks later. Investigators cited this handprint as proof of the witnesses' account; however, no photograph of the alleged handprint exists (though documents from the court case from investigators attest to its existence).
I believe that the Cash-Landrum witnesses definitely observed something out of the ordinary, though discerning its nature (UFO or secret military project?) is more difficult to ascertain.
