You'd need to get a work visa, which normally requires you to have an employer in the US wanting you. That's not easy to arrange unless you have a degree in an in-demand field. That is a sad state of affairs OP. I don't know your circumstances but if you're on decent terms with HR or your boss, speak to them about how you're a good worker and put in the hours but it's having a real impact on your home life. Ask to be given a day shift. In all likelihood they'll say they'll move you when it's convenient. If you think you can, maybe ask for a promotion.
If all else fails, tell HR it's taking a toll on your mental health. They're bound to acquiesce at that point, lest there be repercussions. Good luck with it though, I hope it gets sorted.
