I actually found the sauce on that pic. It's from an old german language medical reference book on mental illness in the section on suicide. I managed to find an even earlier edition than that one to download. It only has illustrations in its section about how people hang themselves from low bedposts but there are very disturbing pictures in its section on infanticide. Disturbing enough I won't post them.

This was the last one I saved before I started feeling too sick to continue but there are a lot of this type of stuff in the book.
