OP is a retard, pure and simple.
There are clouds almost every single day in a lot of areas on the planet. There's millions of clouds every year, constantly moving and changing shape. So the fact that this guy sees a face or god or whatever isn't even remotely close to rare. If you sat there staring at could for even 10 minutes you'd start to see pictures. I forget the name of the phenomenon but humans naturally look for facial and other pattern recognition. Just like when some idiot sees the virgin Mary or Jesus on a piece of toast. Or a face in the bark pattern of a tree etc.
