Off the top of my head, the closest things are:
>Pantheism: nature/the universe is God and God is an abstract non-anthropomorphic entity
>Pandeism: God became the universe and stopped to exist as a separate entity and will one day return to God form
But what you're talking about is more autotheism, which just means you can become a god someday.
