The most paranormal philosophy is a monetary system based on trust, instead of some valuable material, but you didn't hear this from me.
Druidic Philosophy was pretty paranormal. But I'm sure there is something more /x/worthy. They just believed in other dimensions and magic and shit. Among tons of other stuff.
