I follow Kashmir Shaivism and Siva aka Shiva in this tradition believes Siva is bliss. Parama Siva is the ultimate reality which is infinite bliss/ infinite consciousness. How can it help your life? Well for me I know so much bliss; its fucking ridiculous! The craziest part is I experienced full enlightenment once and all the bliss I experience is like a slap in the face in comparison to the infinite bliss of Parama Siva. All I give a shit about is Parama Siva. Trika is the deepest philosophy and the thing I love most.

Seriously thinking about moving to Varanasi in a year or two and becoming an official Kapalika Saivite; I feel like one already. As a kid always wondered what it meant to have a religious calling and this is what it feels like. Feels like all I give a fuck about is Bhairava and my ego and limited aspect don't give two shits about. Too scared to go visit cause I know I won't come back.
