There used to be cures to diseases, the goal was you research to find a drug or a vaccine that will cure the disease.
These days, that happens more rarely. The focus is to develop maintenance. It's not really a conspiracy as much as it is mere common sense.
OUr society is filled to the brim with hidden social conditioning tactics such as this to merely promote capitalism and the spending of money. Like the fact that so many people have problem in school because schools care not about education, they care only about conditioning the youth into accepting a status quo and a standart of normality by making students follow a program that slowly conditions them to the expectations of our society. In school, you never really learn any valuable life skill from the institution itself, but you learn to respect ponctuality, you learn to never question authority, you learn to blindly respect rules that, often, makes no sense and are only there to discourage you from questioning anything (Such as stupid dress codes that, if questioned or not respected, deserves you punishment), they teach that, in order to succeed, you must deliver a quality of performance determined by an average regardless of if your comrades may have a better andvantage than you and if you fall behind, you are shamed for slacking off or not giving enough of an effort. By forcng you to interact with people you don't get along with
and the institution dong close to nothing to help you deal with this fact, you learn fear, hatred, scorn, jealousy, violence and you develop a mindset which discourage you from seeking help from your peer and to, in return, help them, because what worth is it if you are going to be turned down anyways?
School breaks our human nature which is to help each other to increase our chances of survival and condition us to become individualists, to either step on others to rise to the top or accept our faith as prey for the strongest. It creates an imaginary ladder for us to climb and does not encourage us to develop our own potential, but to, rather, follow the average, strive to get meaningless documents and, then, work to strenghten the economy. spend, consume.
