Nobody here can give you a good answer for that. Thousands of false prophets have predicted the end, and always been wrong.
I honestly don't think it's impossible for a human to predict the end, though. Like, a scientist going "hey there's a meteor that's going to collide with out planet and completely destroy it". Not someone predicting when the first of the four horsemen rides.
Realistically, I think the world as we in the first world know it will end within the next hundred years. I'm not exaggerating when I say that the resource wars will come soon, and they will change everything. We're running out of drinkable water, and we can't convert salt water in an efficient enough matter to support our people and our agricultural/sewer/energy/etc. systems. So we're going to need to get that from somewhere else, and it's probably going to be fucking Canada or something.
You know, in most places in the U.S., food is imported at a much rater rate than it's produced. That means that if the agricultural system suddenly failed on us, we would suddenly lose most imports of plant and animal based foods. And that's only after the fresh water thing fucks everything up, so we're going to be sitting here with extremely limited water, and then be hit by food rationing in an already overpopulated country. It's going to be hell. Oh, and note that the oceans are already INCREDIBLY overfished, in a way that's unsustainable but continues to happen. So we're rapidly exhausting all food sources.
It's a pretty nice time we live in right now, but I do wish I could've been born 20 or 40 years earlier. I don't want to go through this.
