I'm sure nobody remembers it, but last year I made a little thing where people would post in a OC thread and then I'd make a image off it. I also made a lot of "cleaner" images for old pastas, but I lost my ""template"" (actually a bunch of images on gimp I kept juggling until I had it down to muscle memory) so they're most likely not going to look the same unless the 'tism overcomes me and I reverse-engineer from the older thread in the archives.
I then got a bit overwhelmed with the sheer amount of OC people were submitting so I decided it was high time to go suck some cocks, as is ancient tradition for OP. So, I'll just leave this here so it's less likely I'll stop giving a crap and forget about it again tomorrow.

It took me a while to realize the black background and off-white text in pasta images came from most of them being literally creepypasta wiki crops, so I went out of my way to mimic the look
Mostly going to repost stuff from the old thread to give this one a kickstart
Also, seeing that people here usually like Penpal and Borrasca, I may go into reddit's nosleep (those are the ones you can blame for 4chan creepypasta OC mostly stopping by the way) and make a few images off those. I suspect someone else was already done so but no one as autismal as I am

A lot of these are from a random google drive folder I found while looking for a imgur pasta compilation, which I'd actually forgotten until I read the thread again

The xcf turned out to be my "template"
I wasn't kidding when I said I went out of my way to mimic the look, but I was too lazy to do it properly or take measurements each time, so I made a visual aid in order to make all the pastas look like the Mr Widemouth image.
Still here, just painstakingly making sure everything looks just the same as the older images. I even picked a story already.
OP is doing god's work, though I don't read creepypastas anymore keep it up.

I remember reading an old creepypasta years back. It was written by someone who called himself Mort, if I remember it correctly. It was about a priest who murdered children and in the end he ripped out his own guts. Narrated as a beholder to the incident I think, speaking of the whispering voice in the back of your head, that eventually grows strong enough to direct your impulses or something.

Energies in the sense of “echoes” being present after the death of someone. The person who called himself Mort elaborated the thought of haunted places, where the haunting itself was the result of energies being released when someone was murdered for example. The strength of these energies varied due to the nature of the incident. The more gruesome act, the more intense and unpleasant the energy.
