What kind of music does /x/ listen to? Longtime lurker here, first post, want to know what you guys are into. For starters, I'm into stuff like Caroliner Rainbow. It's good stuff for taking acid and going on hikes in the mountains, or camping with a couple tripping friends and a bluetooth speaker. I live in Vermont, USA so my hiking buddies and I like to spend free time tripping sack and letting weird shit happen to us while exploring creepy woods and old barns. Caroliner Rainbow is usually our soundtrack. How about you?

I do love Thinking Fellers, I'm very into the old 80's and 90's era lo-fi freak folk indie stuff. I love terrifying music. And about the acid, yeah it's pretty steady here for the most part. I've been having some trouble finding top quality lately, but that's because many of my friends have left the state for college or jobs. I used to regularly get lab-quality Lucy in sugar cubes, that stuff was bomb.

yeah, obviously its subjective on my part. The newest album is the best one theyve done though. They have really settled into their own niche. They have this dark ambient industrial thing going that comes off as neither cliched gothwhining or hipster faggotry and instead is fairly unique.
They did the score for max payne 3 and they had a track in GTAV too if I remember right.

I really like neo folk like current 93 and death in June now. I particularly like rose clouds of halocaust, I have a special plan for this world, and black ships ate the sky. Really weird shit, I've heard odd music but the last three albums gave me goosebumps in a way that's hard to explain. Been enjoying WitTR a lot recently too, and the Bloodborne soundtrack is kinda spooky in my opinion, but that could be just because I play it late at night with the lights off.
