Are there any reasonably 'convincing' cases of human usage of psychic abilities (ex: ESP, PK, nensha, etc.)?
Most cases of people supposedly using or having these abilities have been debunked, and the ones that haven't seem suspect based on behavior of the claimants (refusals to be tested, only demonstrating one action [making the spoon bend, but why not make the spoon levitate or move to the side?], etc.).
About the only cases concerning psychic ability that seem of any note is the case of the alleged Soviet psychokinetic, Nina Kulagina, and even then...
It's a shame, because the possibility of psychic abilities in humans is fascinating to me, but in all honesty, the evidence for it is very weak.

I don't believe in any of that bullshit EXCEPT for intuition. That's specifically due to my experiences and background, I have a family full of "psychics" so to speak, in terms of intuition and premonition. I've had a few premonitions in my life and can intuit things here and there but it's just a vary vague sense that can't really be controlled for the sake of study. And even if people displayed a positive trend of predicting things in an experiment, that itself wouldn't be of interest to the scientific community unless it was like perfect guessing. There just isn't a practical explanation for the source of the ability and for as long as that holds true then science doesn't have any reason to pay attention to psychic abilities, real or not.
Telekinesis has to be total bullshit though - if you can bend a spoon with your mind at will you can do it under peer review.

Its not really that simple. More like, if I go outside and meditate on that scene for a while I get environmental energy. On recall while in some other place that energy still flows through my mind, and by perceiving its flow i'm able to place myself back as if I'm really still there.
Things with more energy are easier to see, and sometimes i'm able to project my arms back there and move the scene around with imaginary hands. It seems that minds aren't very adapted to manipulating psychic visions so I have to make do with what I got.
To see a total stranger would be very difficult, but not really worth my time to prove anything to you. The energy I use for this is precious. If I had to guess I would say a fist.

I wouldn't really know how to prove this, but being able to manipulate and see fantastic imagery is an ability all on its own, no need for it to be paranormal. Its sort of like being able to produce tactile sensation just with focus and meditation, but I can make these sensations for eyes ears touch, I was also able to taste oatmeal in the kitchen from my bedroom. Eventually it makes the mind feel like a ball of jelly that I can manipulate. From there sensing the walls of my room or the floor isn't really more difficult than imagining touching the sides of my head with my hands. Just send out a feeler and get a response. I did once see something very interesting I was inside and was messing with the hand sensations and I saw what looked like a nerve going off in my finger and sending a flash of light up my arm into my mind. It seems these signals can be routed into other areas of the mind and manipulate the visual cortex.
It seems I can meditate on and see small stuff. The more life force something has the easier it is to pick up on, I see things like spiders or insects. I think inside we have some sort of plane that is connected to life energy and thats how i'm able to access stuff. Thats my theory anyway. I sort of meditate on different areas of my brain and try to make waves of synchronized energy. Lately ive been putting lots of focus on sending energy through my body, and trying to imagine myself in different places. When I get low in the spine I get lots of energy that gives tactile full body hallucination.

Basically this, if you want to be a good person you have to believe yourself that you are a good person first.
Any empirical evidence will go over your head if you can't believe in it, cause it has to be some kind of trick and the person performing the feat doesn't understand what is doing, he just believe that he can do it.
