So I can't tell you a timeframe because there is no timeframe in tarot. At least not for me.
All I can do is try to give you some insight and perspective.
Why you're in this situation:
Well... You may have some illogical or irrational fears. I think that whatever it is you're afraid of is crippling you socially. Did these fears cause you to lie about something that hurt your social standing with others? I almost feel like that could be part of it. Either way it seems you've committed social suicide in some way. It's ok. All life starts with death, and all death starts with life. It's not the end of the world. Reincarnation and all that shit. You just have to get back out there and meet new people or try to rectify your differences with your past friendships.

Heh...Well you have certainly made some fucked up and destructive choices and it seems to be based on illusion. A very deep seeded illusion. Your imagination may be playing tricks on you.
What I think this means that you should do is ultimately try to rectify past differences as I previously said. If that's not possible there's still the option of going out and meeting others. Try not to hate yourself for what has happened. It's always easy to forgive others. I've found in past experinece that the most difficult person to forgive is always myself. Still it's unhealthy to harbor feelings of self loathing, self blame, and regret.
Overall though you may just want to go out and meet new people. I've found that a good 66-75% of people suck ass, and if you expect the worst from people you tend to get it. Eventually though you'll meet someone who will surprise you.
