I don't believe the official story of 9/11, but I'm not sure how deep the conspiracy goes. The likeliest scenario is that the government had intelligence suggesting that an attack was imminent and they simply chose to do nothing and let it happen, giving them a free pass to fuck around in the Middle East. Basically like Pearl Harbor.
Flight 93 was probably shot down, though. I smelled bullshit from the start with that one, and I think a lot of other people do too. Too many weird details that don't add up. Maybe they'll let the truth come out in fifty years or so when all of the victims' families are dead and no one really cares anymore.

And I don't think the answer to the question "who, specifically, were the guys who pulled the triggers" matters nearly as much as the answer to the question "who in the government had the power to tamper with and suppress the evidence, and get away with it"
