I will share my personal experience on this matter..
Years ago, due to my experimental tinkering with recreational self medication, i stayed for two weeks under medical observation. The first week in intensive care i spent in the company of a very large black man that the staff considered extremely unpredictable & violent. He may or may not have been a Vietnam veteran. He may or may not have been college educated. But he did have a collection of observations about patterns in society having to do with the names of people and he would explain many situations using formulas. One name that figured in prominently in these formula was Judy. I can remember him saying "thats a judy.." as he explained some of the events taking place amoung people and staff there. The crazy thing was, that on the second week while i was in the less secure observation area the various names he had mentioned in written equations were disproportionately represented. There was no way he could have known right? But then.. in comes Judy. Light blond, petite and as seemingly sane as anyone could be. Her husband had put her in she had said. She said this as though he was just trying to deface her in preparation for a nasty divorce battle. But I happened to find her at the coffee station very early one morning.. and a very different story emerged. She had been noticing numbers and names that were appearing far more often than statistical probability would suggest. She had begun to suspect the people responsible for the many appearances of various numbers as being in some conspiratorial collusion. I asked if she thought I was amoung them and she cautiously said she didn't know. But the craziest part from my point of view was that her strange observations were very nearly identical to some of the written equations I had seen the week before.

So when they transfered her to the intensive ward section it was no suprise to hear that she went full blown insane after only a few days of sharing the break room with the large volitile black man that I had come to know. She was shipped off to some state care facility and my large black friend was later ambushed and incarcerated (for reasons I don't know) upon his release from the building.

Just to give some more detail, one of the weirdest, most specific instances where it came up was when my grandpa was in a nursing home before he passed away. Me and my dad were visiting him and we went out to the car or something. Earlier, a black nurse had told us the code was 0243 on the keypads to get in through all of the non-main entrances. When going back in, we went into one of these small doors and my dad said he wish he knew what the code was, and started to leave ro find somewhere else to go in.
