Definitely creepy as hell. Only explanation outside of something truly paranormal that I can think of is that it may be an insect that landed on the camera just right. Possibly a moth or something. Also maybe a bug got splattered on the camera and there driver cleaned it off and continued the feed afterwards.
Does anyone here know how big the actual aperture of the cameras that Google used for those cars? And if the driver has a feed of what it's recording? Like a laptop in the seat or something?

And if you turn around and go back down the road, that entire length of road is just black.
