If you've seen LPL rex before, I'm looking for some verification / information about what he's posted. We're looking for any leads to find out who or what he is, what he wants, and how he's managing to turn gibberish into actual sentences using Google's Translate engine.

I'm testing a way to communicate in a way that cannot be replicated. I've done good so far.
VULGATE is a codeword for getting farther into the program, and from there you learn a few tricks.
