I'm anxious to the point of not being able to go in public often, and horrible accidents flash through my head all the time.
I've gotten to the point where I can't be around my family without becoming severely depressed because of thoughts of them accidentally being hurt or dying that are very vivid and constant. I'm terrified of dying too.
Sometimes I just do things like put insects all over my genitals or mutilate myself for sexual thrill. Trees turn me on for some reason, as does rain. Like, legitimate arousal. Repeating numbers are a red flag for mental illness too...

Well, regardless of what it is, it happens every day. I'll wake up with a saying in my head, like "canary in a coal mine" and throughout the day, I'll hear it dozens of times from random people. Or I'll feel very apprehensive suddenly and not an hour later someone will hit my car or spill their drink on me or a family member will have something bad happen to them. Sometimes when I'm talking to people I'll say the exact same thing they said at the same time and they get a little freaked out, but it was 'coencidence' of course.

This sounds more like OCD, to me anyway. It makes things difficult because you obsess over things, see them repeatedly. Sometimes you might feel like the same thing might keep cropping up over and over, but it's just the brain's ability to recognize shit going into overdrive. Sometimes people with OCD have terrible thoughts of awful things happening to friends and family, and feel like terrible people for it. It may seem like things you 'predicted' are coming true, but that's just because you have a tendency to worry about things that, in your given situation, are likely to happen. In my case, I see images of cats getting hit by cars and friends getting broken bones... These things happen because there are a lot of stray cats in my area and my friends play sports, so I worry and worry and worry until it happens.
As for being aroused by strange things - it happens. I experience arousal during thunderstorms because they are powerful and dangerous, and the air is moist and charged. It's just a weird thing that you have to learn to deal with.
This whole code thing is just a result of the brain's tendency to recognize patterns, something we developed as a survival mechanism.
The best advice I can give is to learn to compartmentalize. Appreciate something for its strangeness, then put it in its little weird box and put it out of your mind.
